Environmental Energy Services, Inc. is an oil and gas exploration, development and production company.
During fiscal 2006, the Company acquired oil and gas leases in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Alaska. Its largest property to date is a working interest in over 45,000 acres of leases in the Fayetteville Shale Field in Arkansas. Its corporate strategy is to continue building value in the Company through the development and acquisition of gas and oil assets that exhibit consistent, predictable, and long-lived production. Its current focus is on developing our working interest in the Fayetteville Shale Field in Arkansas, and secondarily the exploration and development of our gas field (Mirror Image) in Louisiana.
